Kläger SPC in Hartha has been manufacturing custom and tailor-made plastic parts for over 30 years. We process engineering plastics, such as various types of PA and POM, as well as standard PP and HDPE.
Our core expertise lies in plastics processing and the injection molding of the high-performance plastic PPS into precision components. We also manufacture innovative hybrid components with intricate metal inserts using hybrid injection molding and insert molding technology.
The unique properties of high-performance plastics open up a wide range of possibilities for the mobility, industrial, and defense sectors..

The Process Is the Product – From Concept to Mass Production
We support the entire development process, from the initial concept through prototyping and sample production to mass production. As a center of expertise, we offer flexible and rapid prototyping as well as the manufacture of prototype and pre-production molds.
Drawing on our extensive expertise in engineering, development, and design, as well as state-of-the-art CAD systems, we create precise, production-ready component and tooling designs. In our in-house tool and mold room, we manufacture injection molds for high-performance plastics.
The close integration of all process steps ensures efficient workflows, shorter development times, and consistently high quality, even when dealing with complex requirements.

Digitalization at the Kläger Group – A Conversation with Thorsten Speck
Since August 2025, Thorsten Speck has been strengthening the Kläger Group as Digital Transformation Manager. As of March 2026, he will also take over the leadership of IT and Digital Transformation at group level. This combines IT leadership and digital strategy in one role and positions the department as a value-creation partner within the company.
