Top quality and maximum precision: our tool and mould shop, which runs parallel to our manufacturing processes, has extensive expertise to rely on when it comes to the construction and production, systematic maintenance and repair of all operating equipment needed for the production of your products.

The items we ourselves manufacture include injection molds for processing high-performance plastics, and, with our modern machinery, we can also produce bespoke devices that meet the needs of our customers.

For the implementation of large-scale projects, we enable the fast and flexible production of prototypes and pre-series parts through prototyping. This allows components to be tested under real-world conditions, optimized, and further developed until they are ready for series production.

Through the close integration of development, prototype construction, and subsequent series manufacturing, we create efficient processes, shorten development times, and ensure consistently high quality throughout all project phases.

In addition to our tool and mold making services, we offer comprehensive expertise in engineering, development, and design. From the initial idea to a solution ready for series production, we support our customers with in-depth know-how and a strong focus on functionality, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.

Using state-of-the-art CAD systems, we develop precise component and tooling concepts and optimize them at an early stage with regard to material usage, process reliability, and component quality. The combination of these elements is the key and the decisive core competence that enables us to take on complex challenges in plastics processing.

We can manufacture tool sizes up to 750 x 500 mm in our in-house toolroom; larger variants are also possible in collaboration with our external partners. We can move a maximum tool weight of two tonnes.
