Our team of specialists manufactures demanding precision components on 50 injection molding machines from leading manufacturers such as KraussMaffei, ARBURG, DEMAG, and ENGEL, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and consistent surface quality. For over three decades, we have processed plastics such as PA, PP, POM, and HDPE.
In particular, we have developed strong expertise in molding the high-performance plastic PPS. In this field, even delicate metal inserts such as threaded bushings, connectors, contacts, or shafts can be precisely overmolded with plastic (hybrid injection molding / insert technology).
Thermoplastic Injection Molding – Proven and High-Performance
Thermoplastic injection molding forms the foundation of our production. In this process, plastics are plasticized under heat, injected into high-precision molds, and then carefully cooled. This method enables the cost-efficient production of complex components with high repeatability and consistent quality — even in large series. Through the targeted selection and processing of engineering and high-performance thermoplastics, our products meet even the most demanding requirements in terms of durability, temperature resistance, and longevity.
Modern Machinery – Powerful and Flexible
Our machine park, consisting of approximately 50 injection molding systems with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 250 tons, provides the technical foundation for flexible and efficient production. Different machine sizes and technologies allow us to manufacture both small precision parts and complex components economically — always tailored to individual requirements and batch sizes, with the capability to produce both small and large series of precision components.
Core Competence Across the Entire Process Chain
We are one of the largest processors of the high-performance plastic PPS in Europe, with an annual consumption of more than 700 tons of plastic granulate and over 60 million produced plastic parts. We cover the entire process chain, from systematic sampling to large-scale production, in order to meet the high quality standards of our customers.
